How do text message donations work?

Text-to-Donate is an easy way for supporters to donate. They simply send a keyword text to your DonorDock Number and receive a link to your giving page in reply.

Text-to-Donate vs. Text-to-Give

While these terms are often confused, they have key differences:

• Text-to-Give: Charges a set amount to the donor's phone bill.
• Text-to-Donate: Directs donors to a giving page for a personalized experience.

DonorDock uses the more flexible Text-to-Donate method, which allows larger donations and faster fund transfers.
