Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. You can cancel at any time (and export all your data) if you find that DonorDock isn't right for your organization, And you won't be charged for an additional term beyond what you've already paid for. Far less than 1% of DonorDock customers cancel each year.

Is there an onboarding cost?

Yes. The cost of onboarding varies, depending on your plan. with additional options available based on your specific needs. We've designed DonorDock to be intuitive and easy to use, but we also we understand that setting up and learning a powerful software tool can be complex.

The one-time setup cost covers the support you need to get up and running quickly, including help with emails, data migration, and general orientation.

We know that you'll have a better experience and get more value from DonorDock when you're supported during onboarding, and customers love the process - DonorDock was voted "easiest to setup" nonprofit software.

If you’re concerned that you won’t be able to afford setup, contact us and we'll be happy to work something out.

Additional training and consulting is also available for those that are interested, though most organizations find that they don't require additional help beyond what is included.

How easy is it to switch to DonorDock from our current system?

It’s easy - and we're proud of that! DonorDock is designed to make transferring your data simple and reliable. We provide personalized instructions and support, a DIY spreadsheet, and we'll even personally guide you through the upload process.

What if I’m not sure how many emails I need, or my needs change throughout the year?

We recommend starting with the Essentials plan. If you need more than 10,000 emails per month you can upgrade to Professional or Enterprise at any time. Get started with Essentials.

Can I cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can manage your subscription within DonorDock, including cancelling at any time. If you ever decide that DonorDock is not the best platform for your organization, simple click the cancel button in the application. You’ll be able to export your data before you go.

Will our data be private and safe?

We take security seriously at DonorDock. Our servers are hosted in a world class data center that is protected by 24 hour security. We’ve partnered with Microsoft to provide you with world class enterprise level security. You also own all your data. We don't sell your data. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Need to pay a different way? Contact us and we'll be happy to work something out.

How do integrations work?

You can integrate 1000s of other tools, apps, and software, through our Zapier connector. Our Zapier connector is included at no charge at the Essentials tier and above.
