Two weeks ago, we discussed how to import data from other systems which bridged the gap of consolidating your data into DonorDock rather than using multiple systems. Last week you got to hear from both Erika and Matt as they volleyed the training to cover two different topics.
We’ve heard a recurring theme in the past from some organizations that confess there are multiple systems they are storing donor data on, making it incredibly hard to keep donor records up-to-date. Consolidating that data into DonorDock would relieve a lot of stress and create better data to work with.
Last week on our Tuesday call, we had a question posed to us about presenting a summary of the call. We're going to give it a shot here and see if it proves helpful! We're always happy to get you as much information in as many accessible ways as possible. Without further ado, here's our first go at the cliff-notes version of our Tuesday call.
We have many channels in which we gather our customer feedback: one-on-one meetings, user group sessions, email, our support desk, and Feature UpVote. We want you to know we hear you and we are using some of that feedback RIGHT NOW to help us plan our next release of features!
It may seem elementary but sometimes people are so focused on making a good impression, they forget basic connection tools they'll need in order to be able to reach out to donors or prospective donors at a later date to continue the conversation.
