What are the processing fees?
DonorDock offers Stripe processing at 2.2% + $0.30 per transaction — among the lowest nonprofit rates available. No additional platform fees on top of Stripe's processing are added unless donor chooses to cover them.
How quickly are funds deposited?
Stripe deposits funds directly to your bank account, typically within 2 business days for card payments and 3-5 days for ACH transfers.
