From your settings, go to Users, enter the person’s email, and assign a role such as Administrator, Staff, or Limited Access. Permissions control what each user can view or edit.
We make data import very simple. You can either connect your third-party tools through an integration for seamless syncing of data, or upload a CSV or Excel file using the import tool. DonorDock guides you through field mapping so contacts, gifts, and interactions land in the right place. We also have free weekly live trainings to guide you through the first import if needed.
Yes! You can export your data from your current CRM and upload it into DonorDock. If you need help, our support team can guide you through the process or if you'd like we offer a white glove migration option where we will map and import your data for you.
You can still import it and we can give expert advice on how to clean up your data before importing for a fresh start. Also, DonorDock identifies duplicate contacts, mismatched fields, and formatting errors so you can clean the data as you upload it.
