Eventbrite and DonorDock, connected directly

Your event lives in Eventbrite and your donors live in DonorDock. With the built-in Eventbrite integration, you no longer have to move information between them by hand. Completed Eventbrite orders sync into DonorDock on their own, so ticket buyers land on the right donor record with the gift already attached.

What comes across from Eventbrite

• Your event becomes a Campaign or Appeal with an Event type, so the revenue shows up where you already report on it.
• Completed orders become a gift with an Event Ticket transaction type, credited to the person who paid.
• A donation added to an order is recorded as its own gift, not buried inside the ticket total.
• Ticket purchasers are matched to an existing contact by email address, or added as a new contact.
• Attendees can sync as their own contacts with an Event Attendance activity, whenever you turn attendee syncing on.

Badge your event crowd as they arrive

Pick the badges you want applied while the sync runs, one set for the person who placed the order and another for individual attendees. Because a badge can start an Automation or a Stewardship Journey, your gala thank-you sequence can begin the moment a registration reaches DonorDock.

The donor data you have built stays yours

When the integration finds someone who is already in DonorDock, it connects the event information to that record instead of creating a second one. Contact fields you have already filled in are left exactly as they are, so the history your team maintains never gets overwritten by a ticket form.

Set it up in a few minutes

Open the Settings Menu in DonorDock, choose Integrations, then find the Eventbrite tile. Add your Eventbrite private token, choose how far back to sync, decide whether to include individual attendees, and switch it on. Walk through the full setup guide.
