We are committed to keeping DonorDock free for your nonprofit. DonorDock does not charge a platform fee for gifts received through Online Giving Pages. To be able to keep Giving Pages free of charge, we utilize Donor Funded Fees.️
Online Gifts are processed securely via PayPal or Stripe, and their normal credit card fees apply - (typically 2.2% + .30 cents for nonprofits)
DonorDock supports Stripe and PayPal for online giving with built-in integrations for both tools.
Online gifts processed through Square can also be accepted via a Zapier integration between DonorDock and Square.
DonorDock Online Giving pages has built-in connection with Stripe and PayPal to process online gifts. When you receive a gift through DonorDock, that donation will be reflected in your Stripe or PayPal account. It will also be tracked automatically in DonorDock.
During your onboarding, we can walk you through importing past gifts from Stripe or PayPal to ensure they're in your new system.
