Every gift that flows from OneCause is matched to the right donor by OneCause Supporter ID first, and only falls back to organization or individual matching if no Supporter ID is found. That means returning auction guests, table sponsors, and repeat event donors land on the right record every time, so you spend less time fixing mismatched gifts and more time thanking donors.
Complimentary tickets and adjusted values sync too
Complimentary $0 transactions import from OneCause, so comped tickets and sponsor seats show up in DonorDock instead of quietly going missing from your event picture. And if you have adjusted a gift's Fair Market Value or non-deductible amount by hand, that number stays put the next time the transaction syncs, so receipts and contribution statements keep telling donors the right story.
