DonorDock uses an automated billing system and can be billed monthly or annually. When activating the product you can choose your billing option. You will be billed on the same day of each month if you choose monthly, or the same date the next year if you choose annually. You can view your billing history and change your credit card on file at anytime within DonorDock.
